Tata Nexon AC Not Cooling: Blower, Filter and Gas Issues

If a Nexon cools weakly, loses cooling in traffic or has low airflow, start with measured checks. The same symptom can come from several different systems.

3. Low charge from a leak

4. Blower motor, resistor or connector problem

5. Sensor, actuator or control issue

Temperature sensors, pressure inputs and air-mix actuators help the climate system decide when to engage the compressor and where to direct air. A scan, electrical checks and actuator operation can identify a control issue. Replacing a compressor before these checks is not a reliable process.
